The American Institute of Architects (AIA) of Bucks County Honor Award celebrates our revitalization of a historic 19th-century building in Doylestown, PA. This iconic structure at 50 North Main Street, known for its distinctive chamfered corner design, was meticulously restored to its historic grandeur while incorporating a contemporary luxury residential addition.
The American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Pennsylvania East Chapter awarded Ralph C. Fey Architects for the transformation of a transitional-style residence exceeding 5000 square feet. This project overcame complex layout challenges to create a functional and cohesive design that merges colonial architecture with modern industrial elements.
Ralph C. Fey Architects (RCFA) has received two design awards from The Bucks County Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). The Excellence in Design Award recognizes the property: Familial Traditions and is given for the project exemplifying the highest design at the AIA jury’s discretion.

New Hope Arts is a conversion project, designed by Ralph Fey Architects. Originally a historic barn, the structure was lacking necessary accessibility and ADA compliance. Throughout the design process, we provided an entry way, an ADA complaint ramp, and an elevator to make the building fully accessible.

Ralph Fey Architects receives an honor award from the Bucks County AIA (American Institute of Architects) at their December 2021 awards ceremony and reception. The award is for The Laceworks in Lambertville, NJ. From a juror: “This project is a good example of how an architect can convert a brick and concrete factory into an appealing residence while maintaining the industrial ambiance of the original building.”
After much awaited fanfare, the historic and fully renovated Logan Inn is now open! Ralph Fey Architects designed the addition, merging the new and existing structures and bringing the best of both worlds to the center of New Hope, PA. The extensive renovations included shifting the front area and entrance to be handicapped accessible. With guest accommodations at the inn, a world-renowned restaurant, and an acclaimed wedding venue, the new Logan Inn honors history while introducing sophisticated new beginnings.
The RCFA team is excited to be working with Landmark Properties to revive the historic Elkin’s Estate and the Chelten House.
RCFA is working with Quarry View Building Group to transform a simple brick patio into a stunning timber frame terrace.
