New Hope Arts is a conversion project, designed by Ralph Fey Architects. Originally a historic barn, the structure was lacking necessary accessibility and ADA compliance. Throughout the design process, we provided an entry way, an ADA complaint ramp, and an elevator to make the building fully accessible. Renovations and restorations have been made possible through donations from individuals and businesses, a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and pro-bono services from Ralph Fey Architects. RCFA has taken this project from concept to reality in revitalizing the stone building at Bridge and Stockton Streets in New Hope, PA. In addition to the current renovations, we have contributed pro-bono services for the past 16 years to maintain the quality and comfortability of New Hope Arts.
