Ralph Fey Architects receives an honor award from the Bucks County AIA (American Institute of Architects) at their December 2021 awards ceremony and reception. The award is for The Laceworks in Lambertville, NJ. From a juror: “This project is a good example of how an architect can convert a brick and concrete factory into an appealing residence while maintaining the industrial ambiance of the original building.”
After much awaited fanfare, the historic and fully renovated Logan Inn is now open! Ralph Fey Architects designed the addition, merging the new and existing structures and bringing the best of both worlds to the center of New Hope, PA. The extensive renovations included shifting the front area and entrance to be handicapped accessible. With guest accommodations at the inn, a world-renowned restaurant, and an acclaimed wedding venue, the new Logan Inn honors history while introducing sophisticated new beginnings.
This renovation transformed a small country home into a breathtaking modern barn. The space pays homage to the classic Bucks County barn, but with an open plan, walls of glass, and a richness of wood, steel, and stone.
